Its been 10 years since first video on You Tube was uploaded. Posted on April 23, 2005 the video was uploaded by Jawed Karim also the co founder of YouTube along with Steve Chen and Chad Hurley , with the user name “jawed” . The video is 240 p and 18 seconds long ,Jawed on Video talks about the elephants in the Zoo.
He explains in video about elephant as ” Alright, so here we are in front of the, uh, elephants. Uh. The cool thing about these guys is that, is that they have really, really, really long, um, trunks, and that’s, that’s cool. And that’s pretty much all there is to say. ” ( as stated in Wikipedia ).
The video was lunched as Public beta on May 2005 and was officially launched on November 2005 . Which was later bought by Google for $1.65 billion in Nov 2006 .
